For the last four decades, I have been lucky enough to call Vancouver Island my home. The charming neighborhoods, vibrant spirit and proximity to nature have helped shape who I am today. I am constantly reminded that the South Island is among the best places to live in the world. With a background in construction as an IBEW Red Seal Electrician, and property developer, I have a unique understanding of local building practices and a critical eye for details.

Living in the West Shore for the last 15 years, Michelle and I have recently grown our family with the birth of their first son Owen, and another coming soon! I was lucky to help my parents find a home in the area, just a 10-minute walk down the galloping goose trail. When we aren’t working, we can often be found hiking around East Sooke Park with our 2 dogs Juno and Rufus, or going out for sushi at our favorite restaurants, Ebizo.
